Dan Coffing, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Coffing is best known as a synthesizer and innovator, creating technology solutions to solve business challenges. Mr. Coffing received both his second Bachelors Degree (1994] and a Masters Degree (1998) in Electrical Engineering from George Mason University. Since 1997 He has served as the CEO of Syntegrity Networks Inc. a successful technology solutions company he founded with his brother in 1997.

Lou Bonfiglio, Chief Information Officer
Mr. Bonfiglio is a proven software developer, inventor and successful entrepreneur. He graduated Pace University in 1986 with a 4.0 grade average in Computer Science and began his own million dollar software development company at the age of 17. Lou was also the first to develop double hi-resolution graphics for the Apple computer, competing against some of the top software developers in the country such as Broderbund and EA Games by more than a year. He is also the inventor of the Double Hi-Resolution Joystick and Drawing Tablet.

Bradley Blinn, VP, Marketing
Mr. Blinn is a specialist in e-commerce consulting, functional analysis and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). He is also a successful entrepreneur, creating and selling two profitable Internet advertising companies to date. Bradley was employed as a Marketing Director for TEOCO Corporation within the Respond.com division (May 2004 to December 2007), and as an Inside/Outside Business Solutions Advisor for Gateway, Inc. (September 2001 to February 2004). Bradley graduated Summa Cum Laude from Virginia Tech in 1997 with a dual degree in Marketing Management and Business Management.

Anthony Capizzano , VP, Sales & Partnering
Mr. Capizzano is a Six Sigma visionary leader with strong business and performance development acumen. Capizzano most recently served as the regional manager for Capital One Auto Finance, overseeing all operations for the West coast. He was responsible for training managers in sales, underwriting, business logistics and operations working a pipeline of over half a billion deal originations. Capizzano will lead Mingle360’s sales and partnering efforts.

David Dolton
David Dolton serves as Vice President of Health Monitor Network, the most innovative media and marketing business platform delivering awareness, acquisition, compliance, retention and adherence for pharmaceutical and otc products. David previously worked for The Washington Redskins whereby he built a series of sports marketing platforms that leveraged the branding power of the National Football League. Early in his career, David worked for Snyder Communications’ Healthcare Marketing Services, the largest point-of-care media network for healthcare marketers. David holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. David serves on the Board of the Fairfax County Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington, DC. David lives in Vienna, Virginia with his wife and three children.

Dr. Robert C. Varney
Bob holds a Ph.D. in computer science from The Pennsylvania State University. After doing research at Bell Laboratories for three years, Bob began a 25-year career as an entrepreneur, where he headed three companies and either merged them with public companies or led the initial public offering. He was co-founder of Analytic Disciplines, Inc., a hardware/software architecture firm; founding CEO of International Telesystems Corp., a data/voice systems manufacturer with more than 10 US patents; and founding CEO of Crosswalk.com, among the top three Christian websites today.

Cynthia de Lorenzi
In 2004 Cynthia founded Success in the City (SITC), a dynamic organization focusing on the unique needs, talents and communication styles of women. Targeted towards female CEOs and senior level executive women, Success in the City frequently hosts events with a cause. Recipient charities include: Afghan Widows and Orphans Fund (AWOF), Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Dress for Success, Suited for Change, Women’s Business Center Christmas Fund, and the Bob de Lorenzi Scholarship fund.
Cynthia also recently co-founded Pink Collar Ink, a publishing company that integrates both new and traditional media to help businesses expand their reach and messaging.
In 2002, following the death of her brother, founder of PatriotNet and Patriot Computer Group, Ms. de Lorenzi accepted leadership of the Fairfax-based ISP. After three years, Ms. de Lorenzi successfully sold the ISP in the Spring of 2006. During her tenure as the CEO of PatriotNet, she co-founded the Washington Bureau for ISP Advocacy and the Gigabyte March.

Mike Smith
Mike founded Michael Smith Business Development, Inc. or MSBD in the year 2000. He has worked in the executive ranks for three of the top ten PR firms in the world: as Account Exec at Burson-Marsteller, VP of Technology at Edelman PR Worldwide and EVP/GM of Euro RSCG (Magnet Communications head of Washington Office). Mike has also been a senior public affairs executive at two of the largest trade associations in the U.S. – Public Affairs Director of National Association of Manufacturers and Executive Director of its foundation, the Manufacturing Institute; and as Associate Executive Director of the Newspaper Association of America.
Mike Smith is currently vice chair of the foundation board of NVTC. He is also a member and trainer for PRSA. He now serves as PR/Marketing Committee chair for the Arts Council of Fairfax County. MSBD is also a member of the GMU Business Alliance and of the Active Angel Investors.

Rod Nenner
Rod is a seasoned marketing professional who has been involved in several technology start ups, held senior positions on Madison Avenue, the sports world, in high profile public high tech companies and as an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University. Between 1999-2004, Rod held several positions at America Online, including Director of New Business Development & Content for AOLTV. Prior to AOL, Rod spent 14 years on Madison Avenue as Vice President of New Business Development for Media Resources International and Director of Sales at Atwood Richards, an international media trading firm. Rod is currently a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences' Interactive Media Peer Group and was selected to participate in the 2004 American Film Institute's Enhanced TV Workshop. Rod has participated as a speaker at NAB, NAPTE, NCTA and Digital Hollywood. He holds a Masters degree from the London School of Economics & Political Science (London, England) and BS degree from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY).

Jim Warren
Jim Warren graduated magna cum laude from Duke University and received his law degree, with honors, from George Washington University. After just six years as a litigation associate with an international firm (now DLP Piper), Jim was elected to a full equity partnership.
In 1991, Jim founded College Connections, Inc., and has worked with many of the world’s top schools, including Duke, London School of Economics, Clemson, Bucknell, UNC -- Chapel Hill, and Johns Hopkins University. He has served as an interim alumni director, conducted strategic planning reviews, created ground breaking alumni and admissions programs, developed successful communications and marketing strategies, and facilitated millions of dollars in annual fund and major gift contributions.
Jim has served on the Duke University Board of Trustees and is a past President of the Duke Alumni Association. He also has served on many other higher education related boards and committees, has spoken at various conferences, and received several awards for his work and service. Jim recently co-founded a technology based service company and especially enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
